Recology Employee - MinnaLong before working at Recology, I heard the company was a leader in embracing new ways of looking at what was previously thought of as simply “garbage”. 

In my current role as a Senior Business Process Improvement Manager, I am responsible for continuing the tradition of leading and introducing change that will prepare the company for the next century and beyond.
